Returns/Exchanges

- Do you want to make a return or change size?

To make a return or change size you have a period of 15 business days from receiving the product.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted as long as the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, unused, without hair, without stains and unwashed.

- Procedure for return or exchange in Spain (Peninsula)

To proceed with the return or exchange within the Peninsula, you must contact us by email: info@emunaimeraki.com, indicating your order number and whether it is a total return of the order or an exchange of size/item.

  • If it is a size/item change, we will send a delivery person to pick up the product that you no longer want. Once we receive the product and it meets the requirements mentioned above to carry out a return, we will proceed to send your new item/size. .


  • If it is a return , you will always have to send the products by registered letter to the following address, in addition to sending us an email to info@emunaimeraki.com confirming the return of the order, attaching the tracking number corresponding to the shipment. If the package is not sent in the manner mentioned above, Emuna & Meraki reserves the right not to issue a refund if the package is lost.

Once the good condition of the item(s) has been verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded, with a period of 14 business days for compliance from receipt of the returned item. (Shipping and return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.)

To proceed with a return/exchange in the Balearic or Canary Islands, you must contact us via email info@emunaimeraki.com and we will tell you about the options available for these sites.

- Defective or damaged product.

In the event that the item(s) purchased is defective or damaged, you must contact us by email info@emunaimeraki.com explaining what the problem is and attaching photos of the defective or damaged product for our later assessment.

Once the damage and photographs have been reviewed, the item(s) will be immediately exchanged or a full refund will be made, assuming full shipping costs.

- Exchanges / Returns outside Spain (International)

If you want to make a size/model change, you must contact us by email at info@emunaimeraki.com where we will indicate the steps to follow for compliance.

If you want to return an international order, you must send us the items in perfect condition, without signs of use, unwashed, without stains, without hair and in their original packaging to the following address.
